Vittorio Feltri crushes the Bonafede justice reform: "His proposal is an authentic boiata"

The minister of justice Bonafede he is a picturesque character who expresses himself quite well but says crap and perhaps does not realize it. We see him on TV every day in a hurry to say that from 1 January next year the statute of limitations will be abolished, that is the mechanism by which if a process lasts too long, without reaching a resolution, as often happens in Italy, the whole file ends up in the waste bin and farewell sentence of acquittal or conviction. In practice, according to Bonafede, a defendant, innocent or guilty that he may be, can be kept under his gowns even twenty or thirty years, since the slowness of the courts is proverbial and makes those who work at bland rhythms ridiculous. Let's be clear.

This provision in itself would be good and therefore desirable if the judges were able to issue a verdict in narrow terms, but since the timing is of a Middle Eastern type, the cancellation of the legal institution suspending the proceedings is unfair, as it involves the accused for decades, placing them in a situation of intolerable anxiety. Of this, the minister of justice highly fucks himself, he is only concerned that an individual who is tried sooner or later, as a rule, then goes to jail without having the right to have a quick judgment and not invalidated by an oblivion of infinite duration.
We fail to understand why Bonafede has not thought that the real urgency is to reform the criminal mechanisms, giving him speed, after which it would perhaps be appropriate to delete the aforementioned prescription. Doing the opposite, that is anticipating the zeroing of the privileges of law, postponing the updating of the judicial process now Lumachesco, the citizens are damaged and the magistracy is granted an already overflowing excessive power.
