The Essex Police indicates the track of "a deliberate act" behind the incident that took place today in Loughton, in the south of England, where a car, whose driver then escaped, hit several people near a school causing death of a 12 year old, as well as the injury of 3 boys, a girl and an adult woman. Chief Superintendent Tracey Harman told the media tonight, pointing out that investigators are looking for a 51-year-old suspect, Terry Glover. No hypothesis of a terrorist motive, however, at the moment.
