Reale Avintia MTA Junior is born from the association between MTA Italia and Reale Avintia Racing. A new reality that brings the CIV Moto3 champion Nicholas Spinelli to the CEV.

In 2020 we will find in the CEV a new project, the result of a partnership between two weighty realities. The first is MTA Italy, with proven experience in the world of two wheels both nationally and internationally. The second is Royal Avintia Racing, also involved in the World Championship. The association leads to Real Avintia MTA Junior, which will be at the start in 2020 with four pilots in the FIM CEV Repsol. Two of these will be in the Mondialino: one is the CIV Moto3 champion Nicholas Spinelli. The structure is directed by Alessandro Tonucci, from the past in the MotoGP and for years team manager both in the Italian Championship and in the CEV.

As for the Mondialino in particular, as mentioned one of the two bishops is a young Italian. Let's talk about Nicholas Spinelli, which reaches a goal that has long been pursued, that is the debut in the CEV Moto3. He will drive one of the two KTM protagonists this year at world level with Andrea Migno and Jaume Masia. Born in 2001, Spinelli is the second Moto3 national title after the one he won in 2017. A total of 12 victories in 48 races in the Italian Championship. For the Citta Sant’Angelo driver this will be an important opportunity to grow again, confronting active drivers in a more international level championship.

"Running in the Junior World Championship has always been a goal I wanted to achieve" he has declared Nicholas Spinelli. "I finally succeeded. I will have the chance to face the 2020 season with a top team. I look forward to starting this new adventure! " "Nicholas needs no introduction" he added Alessandro Tonucci. "His results obtained in the CIV are out of the question, as well as talent and potential. We are proud to field it in the Moto3 Junior World Championship. He will be able to count on a competitive KTM and the contribution of a proven technical staff to progressively climb positions in such a hard-fought championship. "

On the partnership with Reale Avintia, "It represents a certificate of the goodness of the work carried out so far by our structure. MTA and Reale Avintia Racing share the same sports philosophy. We focus on young drivers by offering them a technical staff with proven experience to increase their technical and sporting baggage. This partnership fills us with enthusiasm and a desire to do well. I firmly believe that Reale Avintia MTA Junior can achieve the goals set for the 2020 season, supported by the continued support of excellent partners and a first-rate technical package. We look forward to starting this new adventure. "
