"I made a civil lawsuit against the lady Annamaria Franzoni because he did not pay me the fees, a sentence was passed which became final and assigned me approximately 450 thousand euros of fees. Since I asked for the execution of the sentence and I had no answer, I made the attachment of the only thing I know existed, namely the small house of Cogne".
The lawyer told the Adnkronos Carlo Taormina. "We already did the foreclosure, the sale of the property has not yet been fixed because the parties may intervene, now let's see what happens", adds Taormina, who in conclusion reiterates: "Since I was not paid I made the attachment and what I am responsible for will be through real estate execution ".
