X-ray Aim: Iervolino Entertainment, film productions and web series push the results

As for TaTaTu Enterprises, it should be remembered that in October 2018 an agreement was signed with Notorious Pictures (another film company of AIM Italy) for the supply of exploitation rights on the basis of Avod of 300 cinematographic works. The platform operates according to blockchain technology and with its own cryptocurrency, the Ttu Token, whose value is however linked to that of the US dollar on the basis of a dollar / TTU ratio of 0.25. Iervolino Entertainment will also be the distributor of the film “Lamborghini – The Legend", Whose executive production was produced by Notorious Pictures; the film, played among others by Antonio Banderas and Alec Baldwin, will be in theaters in 2020.

Returning to the economic results of Iervolino Entertainment, the breakdown of revenues at 30 September 2019 was not disclosed, but in the first half of the year 4.2 million were achieved deriving from the animated Web Series "Arctic Justice" (of which the new "The Puffins "Is a spin-off), 2.5 in the movie" The Poison Rose "(played among others by John Travolta and Morgan Freeman) and around 2.9 million referred to income for tax credit cinema and research & development. Against an ebit of 2.9 million (after amortization of film works for 5.7 million), net profit amounted to just under 2.7 million.

At 30 June 2019, therefore before the IPO at AIM Italia, Iervolino Entertainment showed a net financial debt of 8.9 million and a Debt / Equity ratio equal to 0.66 times, therefore on a physiological level. About 10.5 million were collected during the IPO (of which 9.75 from the capital increase and 0.72 from the partial conversion of the bond loan issued in June 2019, of which only 0.5 million have not yet been converted to a total of 1.2 million issued); the costs for the listing process, however, amounted to a good 1.2 million excluding the placement commissions reserved for the global coordinator for a maximum amount equal to 6% of the total proceeds of the offer (therefore around 585,000 euros).

Audiovisual productions are started only after the transfer of rights
Iervolino Entertainment will use the new financial means to acquire the rights for the production of quality audiovisual works, consolidate the relationships with internationally renowned actors and directors as well as with the main advertising agencies in order to increase the collection for the TaTaTu platform, as well as open a Los Angeles based office to have a direct presence in the main world cinema market. It should be emphasized that, although audiovisual production is inherently random and discontinuous, Iervolino Entertainment starts this activity only after having stipulated contracts for the sale of the related international distribution rights which provide for a guaranteed minimum.

Perhaps not by chance among the post-IPO shareholders there is a group by definition "prudent" as Unipol Assicurazioni, with a 4.61% stake (2.78% of the voting rights).
