Woman stabbed on Frecciarossa Turin-Rome, is serious: stopped the aggressor

A woman was hit with various stab wounds on a train Red Arrow departed from Turin and headed for Rome: it was taken away intubated and would be in serious condition. The aggressor was blocked by the Railway Police in the underground station of Bologna, thanks also to the collaboration of some travelers. The train is still stopped due to the forensic findings. It seems that the two knew each other. The injury occurred shortly after 10.30 am, between the stations of Reggio Emilia and Bologna.
