Dante Presciutti and Zekir Mahmudov, who have been under house arrest since November 13 with the accusation of culpable homicide, are ready to appeal to the Rome review court to request the revocation or relief of the pre-trial detention measure.

Presciutti is the owner of the Vetralla company for which Dumitru worked until the bankruptcy occurred in 2018, while Mahmudov is the vice-president of the agricultural cooperative Agripro di Caprarola, employer of the victim at the time of the accident, whose president is investigated free foot as it would be the nominee of Presciutti, de facto owner of the company.

Defended by lawyers Francesco and Roberto Massatani and Samuele De Santis have already defended themselves during the guarantee interrogation that took place last Friday, November 15th, before the investigating judge Francesco Rigato. He is the judge for the preliminary investigations of the court of Viterbo that after five months from the tragedy has ordered the measure requested by the prosecutor Stefano D’Arma and the prosecutor Paolo Auriemma.

Meanwhile, the outcome of the autopsy on the victim was also filed. Botan Dumitro, despite his young age, was married and already the father of two children, the oldest of whom was a male of two and a half years and a female of just six months, who had been left fatherless prematurely.
