Today's edition of the newspaper TuttoSport takes stock of the situation in Naples and the possible decisions of De Laurentiis after the mutiny of the team.

De Laurentiis, as reported in today's edition of the newspaper TuttoSport, intends to present a request to the Arbitration Board to retain most of the amounts of the next monthly payment to be paid to individual players. Obviously more than 5%, otherwise you would not need to contact the Arbitration Board. There is no limit to the percentage to be deducted. It seems, however, that De Laurentiis want to go up to 50%, with a further detail all to the disadvantage of the team: the patron could also decide to withhold the disputed fees up to the decision of the Arbitration Board, which could confirm the amounts or modify them based on the validity of the defensive line chosen by the athletes. And that's not all.

It seems that De Laurentiis has revealed to trusted friends the intention to ask the team for compensation for the image damage suffered by the club due to mutiny. This proceeding will be opened by turning to ordinary justice, since it concerns the sale of image rights documented by private writings that escape the FIGC arbitration clause. In this case the figures to be recognized by the players could be even higher.
