Thunderstorms arriving, double weather alert in Florence and in Florence

After today's 'truce', tomorrow, Friday 8 November, the weather alert returns to Florence and Florence.

The weather alert is orange due to hydrogeological risk on the municipalities of the basin Ombrone-Bisenzio, Valdarno Inferiore and Valdelsa-Valdera, (for details on the municipalities see photo).

Yellow code instead on the remaining territory. Are provided heavy rains and local storms associated with gusts of wind and hail.

Ayellow alert due to strong thunderstorms over the entire Metropolitan City of Florence.

The yellow code will be triggered at midnight tomorrow, Friday 8 November, and will end 24 hours later.

Civil protection recommends paying close attention when crossing waterways and passing through depressed areas (road underpasses, reclamation areas). Avoid crossing flooded areas even if apparently with little water.
