The meteorological situation is defined as "highly dynamic" and therefore susceptible to variations.

Once again the water enters the Basilica of San Marco, in the narthex, bathing ancient marbles, masegni, columns, just as had happened in October 2018, when the damages were so many and restoring the splendor of the basilica was not an easy task. Now the risk is that new damage has been caused by sea water and further restoration is needed. One of the prosecutors launched the alarm
