Goku and his friends are about to return to the PC and consoles with a new, great adventure. Released in January, Dragon Ball Z Kakarot reveals all its polygonal beauties in a rich gameplay showcase.

Fans of Dragon Ball would do well to mark the date of 17 January 2020 on their calendars.

With the new year, in fact, the promising will land in physical and digital stores Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, new videogame dedicated to the Saiyans born in the pencil – and from the genius – of the Japanese mangaka Akira Toriyama. A title, the one made by the guys from CyberConnect2 on behalf of the publisher Bandai Namco, which breaks the tradition of recent years: setting aside the dynamics of the classic fighting games at meetings – tested, with excellent feedback, in the recent Dragon Ball FighterZ -, Kakarot presents itself as a action role-playing game which traces the events of the much loved Z series.

Pad in hand, we will be able to experience some of the most iconic battles already seen between manga and anime on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, enriched then by many unpublished secondary stories, created specifically for the video game. The goal of the development team is to expand the narrative universe of Toriyama, who also created an ad hoc character for the occasion. Bonyu, former member of the Ginew team.

And if it is true that we are dealing with a real role-playing game, even in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot we will be able to dedicate ourselves to numerous collateral activities. Not only clashes at the last energy wave and main missions, but also many subquests focused on supporting actors and accessory mini-games, such as fishing, baseball or cooking – yes, even the polygonal version of Goku loves to eat!

All elements that Bandai Namco has collected in the video just above in this same article, a gameplay showcase which illustrates the entire playful offer of the production to enthusiasts and simple onlookers.
