Formally, deputy prosecutor Nunzia D’Elia has opened a second dossier for attempted murder (the Chinese are not under investigation) and has also provided ballistic advice to clarify the dynamics of the shooting.

In the hands of the investigators there are already the images of the internal video surveillance circuit that have crystallized only the aggression to Antonelli. Proietti for a moment enters one of the shots but then disappears. The shooting does not clarify what was the blow that killed the man and from which pistol – a revolver and a semi-automatic – he left. La Mobile has reconstructed a likely scene: the bullet was exploded by Antonelli who, armed, at the time of the scuffle with the owner of the bar and with the customers, in an attempt to free himself, would have inadvertently fired against his accomplice. The Chinese cannot have fired even though on his Facebook profile there are traces of exercises in a polygon.

He does not have a weapon nor does he have a permit. The investigators exclude that he could have used one of the two robbers' guns to defend themselves. As to why Proietti and Antonelli (who do not appear to have had a relationship) have aimed precisely at that bar, it became light almost immediately. Only for a moment did the investigators take into consideration the hypothesis that it was an attempted extortion, but the supposition is gone: probably the two have targeted a large bar-tobacconist who is also a receptionist in a peripheral area of ​​the Capital convinced that it can achieve an "easy" robbery.
