Lawyers Erich Grimaldi and Angelo Pisani, urged by so many fans and citizens, today, to protect Neapolitan honesty, join forces in this battle, inviting everyone, to distrust the SSC Napoli (at pec sscnapolispa @ pec.it or sending registered letter A / R to the Via Del Maio in Porto No. 9, Naples) to present, within 7 days, as per the sporting code and regulation, appeal to the FIGC prosecutor, in order to ascertain the violation of the fundamental principles of good faith, transparency and fairness, sports fraud, omission of control, forgery and fraud in respect of the rules and rights of the collective of the fans, consumers, workers, bettors and entrepreneurs of the world of sport, for the match Napoli / Atalanta of 30 October 2019.

The SSC Napoli, as an interested company, invited and warned by all, therefore, must lodge a complaint, pursuant to art. 33ss of the Sports Justice Code, in the terms established pursuant to art. 38, requiring the aforementioned necessary investigations and verifications, also in the interest of its supporters and the proper conduct of the 2019/2020 football championship. following the obvious protest and public complaint made, at the end of the aforementioned match, by the president Aurelio de Laurentis.

The eventual silence of the SSCN, after the public denunciation of its President, as well as the omitted recourse to the federal organs, for the opportune opening of an investigation and / or sporting process, would involve a responsibility also omissiva of the sporting society, with relative right of supporters, subscribers, bettors and consumers to request damages and suffer damages and to report the fact to the prosecutor, for denial of defense and concealment of justice, at the same time provoked provocatively by all judicial authorities and the federal prosecutor's office of the FIGC, for the necessity of defense against an illegitimate curfew imposed by the strong powers with its reserves, quibbles and defensive shields.

It is useless, unfortunately, dear friends, to make the "bitter blood" and to criticize the unsatisfactory …. for years we have been witnessing and suffering every kind of cheating, more or less evident …. it is obvious, therefore, if no society sport has been opposed to the system for years, that we are faced with "a palace weaving" with the consent of all the deputy bodies, the televisions and the printed paper, in perfect harmony with everything that happens in this shameful state of which we do part and where, unfortunately, justice is only utopia, it applies to the people and is interpreted for friends.

As intelligent people, as we are, we no longer have to allow others to exploit our football faith and, above all, we must defend the dreams and rights of children who are devastated by such filth and scams even in sport. The time has come to oppose en masse or to renounce this insane passion, from which we derive few sporting joys and many sufferings, which have nothing in common with sport and transparency !! ".
