The video quickly goes around the web and even circulates on private chats. It does not go unnoticed by the ASL management that almost in real time, a few hours later, it sends the central inspection commission of the ASL. A blitz of inspecting officials led by the garrison health director (changed a few months ago) who are rushing to the hospital to shed light on the incident. The interested parties are heard, the doctor of the emergency room (from the behavior recognized exemplary) and the same nurses who would have had negligent behaviors. Behaviors that, however, at a first reconstruction, do not emerge. The entire hot-collected dossier has already been sent to the general management, which this morning should take stock. From the first reconstructions and testimonies there would be no uniqueness. The patient in red code, who had seizures, then performed the Tac (negative result) and the case was downgraded to a yellow code. "The woman was hospitalized – say sources inside the Doganella hospital – and is well assisted without life-threatening full satisfaction of the family".

But let's hear what the lawyer says Zuccaro in the post published on Facebook Saturday at 3 pm: «I'm here – he warns – because yesterday I had to take my mother to the hospital for a liver problem. She is hospitalized, even housed, on a stretcher without blankets, without sheets, without pillows. You have to stay inside the lanes – he adds – even if it would not be allowed, because it is necessary to assist the family or friends who need assistance. A little while ago – Zuccaro points out – I witnessed a scene that is unbelievable and I hope inspectors will arrive and close this hospital. One has arrived poor woman in red code – he says – and the doctor on duty ran with commendable participation to assist the patient who seemed practically lost. He tried in every way to inject adrenaline and for 5 minutes he shouted so that stretcher bearers arrived with oxygen and syringes to help her. It's been 10 minutes before they arrived two nurses – reconstructs Zuccaro – who took it easy. One spoke on the phone the other sent messages with a phlegm that would be appropriate to employees of the land register not to operators of an emergency room where even the latter can determine life or death ". From here Zuccaro invokes the intervention of ASL inspectors to focus on the reported dysfunctions and punish "those who do this job as if they were in a land registry office instead of in an emergency room". The inspectors have, as mentioned, arrived immediately at the hospital but, as far as they can tell, so far they have reconstructed a story with controversial contours. The final inspection results will still be delivered this morning to the general management. Movies of closed-circuit video surveillance cameras active at the Doganella garrison are also being acquired to comfort the testimonies collected in one direction and in another, with test instruments and a technical analysis of the frame.

The intention of the Asl management it is to go to the end to ascertain the facts to make decisions on the behavior of the employees or the complainant. Zuccaro's accusation is indeed very serious. From what emerged, the doctor of the emergency room actually did everything as required by the protocols, while there is no certainty about nurses in the index for alleged behaviors that are not in line with the clinical situation. The circumstance of the reclassification of the red code to yellow with less urgency must also be assessed. The case will therefore be studied in depth with other testimonies and with the technical analysis of video surveillance images. A story, in short, all to be clarified that he still sees in the foreground a hospital for months without peace first for the ants, then for the conditioning of the crime, finally for the aggressions to the personnel but that, despite everything, continues to play an important role in the Campania care network thanks to the commitment of front-line white coats who, like the doctor of the emergency room who intervened on Saturday, carry out their work with commitment and self-denial.
