Claudia Stabile, the mother of Campofiorito (Palermo) disappeared for a month she got in touch with her lawyer and had her news. The announcement came from Federica Sciarelli through the Twitter account of "Chi viewed it", the Rai transmission that dealt with the case.
The woman appeared disappeared from the morning of 8 October last after telling her husband to go and buy a cake for her birthday.
Accused in a trial that is being held at the Court of Termini Imerese for child abduction, her husband denounced her because in 2016 she had abandoned the conjugal roof, taking one of her sons to Germany with her.
"A wonderful news," reads Sciarelli's tweet: "Claudia is fine, the mother who died a month ago from Campofiorito. He contacted his lawyer after seeing the drawing that the daughter showed yesterday in transmission ".
Antonio Di Lorenzo, the lawyer of the woman, he explained however to the Adnkronos that Claudia does not intend to go home: "I received an email, which seems authentic, from the mother of Campofiorito who disappeared last October 8th, but told me that she does not intend to go home".
"I spent everything at the Commissariat," said lawyer Di Lorenzo, "the content of the e-mail makes me understand that it is authentic, but I repeat that does not intend to return. The important fact is that she is alive but does not want to return. We need to ascertain whether the email is authentic, cannot guarantee that it is, even if I think so ".
