How many young people from the South who go to Milan in search of better living conditions become the country's ruling class? The output of Provenzano comes in a very delicate passage: the request for autonomy of the Northern Regions, starting precisely from Lombardy, of which Milan is the capital. A few days ago the Minister for Regional Affairs, Francesco Boccia, sent governors Attilio Fontana and Luca Zaia, the proposal for a framework law to give a framework to differentiated regionalism. Except that the text devised by Boccia, in fact, is a U-turn on the path that Fontana and Zaia had drawn with the old government, the Northern League traction. The timing of the territorial rebalancing, underlined also by Provenzano in his speech yesterday, are partly already present in Boccia's proposal.

THE LINE
Starting with the need to ensure that the services provided are the same throughout the country. That in short there are no A and B series citizens. A line that is perfectly found in the words pronounced yesterday by Provenzano, when he explained that "it is essential to have a national framework", and that "school health and assistance must apply to the same way ». However, Boccia's proposal puts his finger on another plague: the need for infrastructural "equalization". The imbalance between roads, highways, high-speed rail, between North and South is one of the central times to be faced to restore prospects for development in the South.
But this approach of the government does not appeal to the presidents of the Northern Regions who have submitted a request for autonomy. So much so that yesterday, urged on the subject, the same Fontana said he was convinced that if the proposals are these the truth is that autonomy "basically do not want to do it". In short, the real game remains that of a piece of the North that has convinced itself that it can do it alone. An illusion pursued trying to return as little as possible to the rest of Italy.
