Three episodes disputed by the former Italian representative in Europe. One relates to two consulting contracts received by his company, Premium Consulting Srl, based in Pietra Ligure (Savona), by Afol and, in particular, by the general manager Giuseppe Zingale, "on the promise of relegation of a portion" to Zingale himself, in prison, and to Caianiello. Comi is also under investigation by public prosecutors Silvia Bonardi, Luigi Furno and Adriano Scudieri for a consultancy, deemed fake, of 31 thousand euros collected by a company of the president of Confindustria Lombardia, Marco Bonometti. The judicial papers that led to his arrest revealed a third unpublished episode on an alleged scam against the European Parliament, which was' swelled – according to the indictment – over 3 thousand euros a month the salary of the press officer of the then tenant of Strasbourg, paid by the European institution to be partly filmed (2 thousand euros) in Caianiello.
