ISIS confirms the death of al-Baghdadi and announces the successor: Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi

Who is the new head of ISIS – Abu Ibrahim al Hashimi al Qurashi is a Turkmen native of Tell Afar, in western Iraq. He was a "religious commissioner" of al Qaeda before joining Isis in 2014.
