Inferno Canto V, Paolo and Francesca | Dante for all and medieval legends

Thursday 21 November at 7.30pm, the II appointment with "Dante per tutti" the Dante initiative created by Luca Maria Spagnuolo and sponsored by the Dante Alighieri Society which brings the Divine Comedy and the Middle Ages to the center of Rome.
The sixth season of "Dante per tutti" again hosted in the Crypt of the Church of Santa Lucia del Gonfalone, includes a series of reading appointments with commentary by the Divine Comedy, all with free admission.

In a compelling language, Canto dopo Canto, Luca Maria Spagnuolo will accompany the viewer to discover the masterpiece of our literature, on an ideal journey alongside Dante, from the Selva oscura to the extreme Vision of God.

After the first appointment, Inferno I – La selva oscura – The visions of the afterlife in the Middle Ages, Thursday 21 November, again at 7.30pm, will be the turn of Inferno V – Paolo and Francesca – The monk tempted by the devil.
The devil who, as a woman, tempts a poor monk, introduces the famous Canto dedicated to the unhappy lovers of Rimini.

Admission is free, the duration of each appointment is about an hour and, to make it easier to use, Canti will be screened on a screen.
