On Tuesday 19th November the J Hotel was inaugurated: a hotel owned by Juventus already active since July. No other Italian team has its own hotel, while in England there are similar cases for Chelsea and Liverpool. These are hotels dedicated to the teams in question and close to the stadiums where they play home games (Stamford Bridge Chelsea, Anfield Liverpool), but they are not owned by the clubs.
The property is 600 meters from the Allianz Stadium, hosts the Juventus team for pre-match retreats and is also open to fans and tourists. During the evening of the presentation of the hotel, the captain of Juventus Giorgio Chiellini spoke: "For us it is like a second home. Not only do we prepare our games but, as soon as we have the chance, we come to stay here".
