"Fight the fear, defend the neighborhood". Self-organized procession in Centocelle in defense of the electric Pecora bookcase

They marched in hundreds in the neighborhood of One hundred cells (Rome) for the procession of solidarity for the anti-fascist library "The electric sheep", already hit by a fire last April 25 and again set on fire in the past few hours on the eve of the reopening. The "self-defense walk of the neighborhood", as the organizers defined it, was organized by the network of citizens. Among the people who walked the streets also those who contributed to the collection who had allowed the renovation to the bookstore after the April fire. And now the owners will have to restart from the beginning.

Many solidarity banners: "We are all electric sheep" and "Fight the fear!" Defend the neighborhood ", reads some posters. The supporters are ready, again, to lend a hand and hope that "The electric sheep" will once again find the strength of recover. With the banner "Fight the fear, defend the neighborhood", the procession of a few hundred people from Piazza dei Mirti, in the heart of the Centocelle district, organized by the network of citizens in the aftermath of the fire that destroyed the antifascist library 'La Pecora elettrica. The organizers called it "a self-defense walk in the neighborhood".
