EICMA, Aprilia and FMI focus on young people: Sport Production is back

Born in 2020 on Italian FMI Championship Aprilia Sport Production. A true national championship that takes up the thread of a story.
A project that involves the FMI with the Noale company that will make available the RS 250 SP, designed and developed by Aprilia Racing in collaboration with Ohvale.
The first edition, included in the program of the Italian Speed ​​Championship – CIV Junior 2020, will take place on a calendar of six races. In the race young drivers will descend, starting from the age of eleven.

So a great opportunity returns for young people who want to start a racing career in a championship that has seen many great talents of modern motorcycling grow in the past, including Biaggi, Capirossi and Rossi who they started with Sport Production.

The goal is to cultivate new talents by adding an additional training category to a supply chain that starts from the Minimoto to reach the National Speed ​​Championship. A program that is bringing the Italian school back to the top, as evidenced by the presence of many promising young Italians in the three classes of the World Championship. For this the Italian Champion FMI Aprilia Sport Production will become part of a project curated by Aprilia Racing of growth and sports enhancement which is the first step of every professional career.

THE MOTORCYCLE: FROM THE BASE OF THE RS 125 AND PRODUCED BY OHVALE

There Aprilia RS 250 SP, which uses all the know-how and technology of the Noale Reparto Corse, will be equipped with the best racing components (Brembo, Ohlins, SC Project) in the search for the best weight / power ratio, arriving to weigh about 35 kg less than the road RS 125 model.
