Bad weather, tomorrow still schools closed in Venice

Among the municipalities that have already warned the population that tomorrow, Wednesday, November 13, schools will be closed, there is the municipality of Venice. Even today the same decision had been taken because of thehigh water. The provision concerns nursery schools and kindergartens located in the historic center of Venice and in the islands of Murano, Burano, Giudecca and Sacca Fisola. Schools closed tomorrow also a Mesagne, in the province of Toast. This was announced by Mayor Toni Matarrelli, who wrote on Facebook: "YELLOW weather alert for rain risk, ORANGE weather alert for strong wind: in light of these latest updates, I am going to sign the closing order for schools of every order and grade for tomorrow, Wednesday 13 November ".

The decision of the municipal administration is also awaited Naples: in the last hours the news had spread that also tomorrow the lessons would have been suspended, but at the moment the official is missing. However, the list is being updated and may increase in the next few hours.

Schools closed tomorrow due to bad weather: the Matera decision

Among the cities most affected by bad weather there is Matera, where already today the schools have been closed. However, for tomorrow, Wednesday 13 November, the decision taken by the mayor is different. As was communicated on the official profile of the Municipality on Facebook: "Regularly open schools tomorrow. The Regional Civil Protection Department has issued a criticality notice for hydrogeological risk for thunderstorms valid from 00.00 to 23.59 of 13 November 2019. The degree of alert on the city territory is fixed at the yellow level. Today, municipal technicians carried out inspections in school buildings in the city. They have not been recorded particularly critical situations. For these reasons, the city schools will be open and the didactic activity will resume regularly ".
