This year “Piemonte Fabbriche Aperte” is connected with the first Technology Festival, organized by the Polytechnic of Turin from 7 to 10 November. On the occasion of the 160th year of activity, the Polytechnic University and the Piedmont Region have signed a collaboration agreement to maximize the synergies between the two events, united by the objective of positioning Turin and Piedmont as the "engine" of innovation, of the research and consequently advanced industrial production.
"Piemonte Fabbriche Aperte" is part of the institutional communication activities of the Piedmont Region regarding the operational programs of the European structural funds 2014-2020, because it gives the possibility to directly check the effects of regional policies supporting innovation, sustainability, production intelligent and research, in particular those linked to the European Regional Development Fund. In fact, many of the companies participating in the event are involved in research and development and investment projects supported by the ERDF.
