The State Police arrested Don Michele Mottola of the parish of Trentola Ducenta on the orders of the magistrate of the Court of Naples North for abuse of a 12-year-old child who attended church.
It was the Diocese of Aversa who sent the first report to the Procura led by Francesco Greco on the alleged abuses committed by the priest, who had been suspended from service last May. The transmission "Le Iene" was also involved in the story.
