Contrary to information published on Wednesday, no player in the U17 national team has been pinned by FIFA against age fraud. The Senegalese Football Federation has denied the information via a press release.

The release

The Senegalese Football Federation (Fsf) wishes to inform the public that, to date, no player from the U17 national team selected for the FIFA World Cup "Brazil 2019" has been denied because of fraud on the part of age, as has been relayed by some local media.

The Fsf specifies that it published this Wednesday, October 16, 2019, on its official website the final list of 21 players selected for the final tournament of the U17 World Cup and that naturally, as it does before any international competition U17, she had to make precautionary visits before the qualifying tournament and the CAN U17 which have removed players whose results Irm tests could lend ambiguity.

Similarly, all the players used in this CAN U17 had successfully passed the CAF-initiated Irm tests itself.

Finally, the Fsf informs that FIFA has not yet conducted random Irm tests (up to 4 players per team) that will take place between October 22 and 24 in Brazil.
