While refusing to obey the injunctions of a policeman in civilian clothes, a man was arrested in Saint-Ouen in Seine-Saint-Denis.
A video of the interpellation was filmed and broadcast on social networks. The man had filed a complaint against the police for "torture" and "barbarity".
On this video, we saw a plainclothes policeman trying to control a man who was rebelling. Once on the ground, several officers of the ITUC 93 arrived in reinforcement. After standing up, the plainclothes policeman kicked him on the ground.
Placed in custody, as part of a drug trafficking, he was then released. But he had filed a complaint for "aggravated voluntary violence". The General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGPN) initiated an investigation by the Bobigny public prosecutor's office.
A second complaint for "torture" and "acts of barbarity" was also filed later. the man explained that he had been "Strangled" and he had "Kicked again in the head", in the vehicle where the police had taken him to the police station. He also explained that he had received «Several shots of electric pulse pistol (taser) on his genitals». He had been awarded 3 days of ITT.

On Tuesday, six officers of the ITUC 93 were placed in police custody on the premises of the IGPN (General Inspectorate of the National Police) for acts of violence by person in charge of the public authority, forgery in public writing and flight.
The detention of the six police officers has however been lifted. The prosecutor's office indicated that additional investigative acts had to be carried out. Actu17
