The Brooklyn Nets dominate the Los Angeles Lakers side of Shanghai on the score of 114-111. Everything was played in the money time. Dzanan Musa on a far shoot put the Nets in the lead 108-106 before throws from Theo Pinson and DeAndre Jordan, 111-106 with less than a minute to play. Zach Norvell Jr. planted a 3-pee shoot and in the wake intercepted a ball, and victim of the foul, equalized on the line of throws at 28 seconds of the term. The Lakers again intercepted but Demetrius Jackson could not score and made a mistake on Finch, sent back on the line. He returned one of his two attempts and behind Alex Caruso lost the ball and David Nwaba went to plant a dunk. Californians had one last chance but Kentavious Caldwell-Pope failed by far.
As always in these pre-season games, not really any conclusions to be drawn from the result since on one side Kyrie Irving played only one minute, hurt again in the face. Anthony Davis and LeBron James they were limited to 25 minutes, the time still to sign respectively 16 points to 4/10, 5 assists, 2 against and 20 points to 7/15 including 2/3 to 3-pts and 6 rebounds. Taurean Prince sign 18 points to 6/11 including 4/6 to 3-pts and Spencer Dinwiddie adds 20 points to 6/14 including 3/6 to 3-pts and 7 assists. To note the good match of Dzanan Musa, author of 16 points to 4/6 to 3-pts. Lakers side Rajon Rondo compiles 18 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists.
