A large "sack" sinks the blow on Western Europe, fueling a large perturbation responsible for bad weather particularly between Spain and France, but also in Italy, with violent rain and strong winds.
The bad weather intensified on Sunday evening and will continue with heavy rains of a stormy nature for the whole day of Monday 21 October. Precipitation is more intense in the morning, in gradual and slow attenuation from the East in a day. Hydrogeological problems and caution on the roads are not excluded. Problems of flooding on the roads of the whole province and major traffic disruptions on Monday morning. With the day of Tuesday the bad weather will be attenuated with the decrease of the rain. Temperatures remain above average, without typical sagging of the period.
