Ocean Viking arrives in Pozzallo: "End of the odyssey"

The final numbers on the origin and age of the minors will arrive after the identification procedures are completed. "After more than 12 days of uncertainty at sea, 104 survivors can finally land in a safe place," says Sos Mediterranee on Twitter, celebrating the "end of the long odyssey".

Once off the Ocean Viking, and after completing the first health checks, the migrants were transferred by coach to the Pozzallo hot spot.
