Friborg-Gotteron failed to make a third consecutive success in the National League. The Dragons lost 4-2 to the Zurich Lions, who took advantage of Bienne's loss to Davos (5-2) to take the lead.

Winner of Lugano and Davos during the past week, Gotteron was able to react after a catastrophic first third. Led 3-0 in the 23rd minute, duo Dube-Rosa's players came back to a length from the 35th.

End of series for Bienne

But the doubling of Desharnais – who scored 3-2 in numerical inferiority – remained without result. Walser however enjoyed a less golden opportunity in the 36th, but he missed his deal.

Winner of his four previous league games, Bienne has not recovered from a first missed third. Davos, who led 2-0 at the end of the initial period, pushed the nail in the middle third for his first game of the season at home.
