Moscow: Kristina Mladenovic in quarterfinals after her success on Anastasija Sevastova – Tennis – WTA – Moscow

For the first time in three games, Kristina Mladenovic took the lead over Anastasija Sevastova, world No. 24 and seeded No. 6 of the Moscow tournament (7-5, 3-6, 6-3). The Frenchwoman, 45th in the world, qualified for the quarter-finals for the second week in a row after Linz.

After a first set played, where she was broken twice and defended four set balls, Mladenovic let slip the second set.
