Called to the Walloon Parliament this Wednesday afternoon following the publication by the President of the Board of Enodia of the two reports sent by the experts of BDO and the law firm Matray, the Walloon Minister of Local Authorities Pierre-Yves Dermagne (PS) was very skeptical.
"The consultants we work with are independent and have no connection with the various stakeholders, which does not seem to be the case with Enodia experts."
As a reminder, these two reports were intended to enlighten Enodia's directors on the legality and valuation of the sale in May of its three subsidiaries Voo, Elicio and Win. However, according to BDO and Matray, there would be no irregularity in the operations. Cautious, the minister is delaying these conclusions today. "I have seen the documents sent by the Chair of the Board of Enodia. I did not find in these documents the conclusions of our independent experts with whom we worked. Additional information has been requested by Enodia's Board of Directors."
Perplexed by these two reports, Pierre-Yves Dermagne goes so far as to question the impartiality of the experts. "The consultants we work with are independent and have no connection with the various parties involved, which does not seem to be the case with Enodia's experts", says the minister.
This questioning affects in particular BDO. The consultant who was responsible for analyzing the valuation of the three subsidiaries (VOO, Elicio and Win) put on sale by Nethys is also the editor of the pharmaceutical company Mithra. At the head of this company is François Fornieri. The latter is obviously not an unknown in the Nethys folder. Administrator at Nethys, he is the purchaser of Win and Elicio.
