Laeticia Hallyday, wife of the famous singer who died in December 2017, has given up appealing the judgment that gave the jurisdiction of the French courts to settle the dispute between the older children of her husband
Johnny Hallyday about his legacy, it was learned from the Court of Appeal of Versailles on Tuesday.
The court said it had "received this afternoon the appeal dismissal findings of Laeticia Boudou widow Smet", confirming information from BFMTV. The appeal hearing was to be held on 6 November in Versailles.
