Immorente Invest, listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, is preparing to complete its investment program in advance and is distributing earlier the 6.5% return on shareholders' equity from the rents received in 2019. "Immorente Invest will close in the current month its investment program of 520 million DH since the IPO financed by 400 million dirhams of equity from the IPO and 120 million dirhams of additional debt, "says the group. In order to ensure its development and growth, Immorente Invest proposes to its shareholders a new capital raising to be used to finance future acquisitions.
