TO Gian Federico Vivado, Genoese entrepreneur dominus of the group, is disputed to have distracted corporate funds to buy a Porsche Panamera, to have put on the shoulders of companies the expenses for the fiftieth birthday at the Modena Theater (account from 15 thousand euros) and to have also purchased a Harley Davidson, made available to a manager.
At the center of the investigations is the collapse of Ipa industries Spa (formerly Telerobot srl), a company of the bankrupt by the court of Genoa together with the subsidiaries Btop Tecno srl, Rgmd srl, Oms Ratto srl, Sil 2013 srl. The prosecutor Giancarlo Vona has requested the indictment for fraudulent bankruptcy for six between directors and auditors.
