Ugandan President Moses Hassim Magogo has been suspended from football-related activities for two months following an investigation into the resale of tickets for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, FIFA said on Thursday.
Mr. Magogo, also a member of the Executive Committee of the African Confederation (CAF), has also been fined 10,000 Swiss francs (€ 9,130) by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee, the internal justice system of the court. .
An investigation was opened in July 2018. The suspension of Mr. Magogo took effect on October 10.
