F1, Gp Mexico: Verstappen penalized, Leclerc on pole ahead of Vettel

MEXICO CITY – Leclerc on pole and Vettel immediately behind: Max Verstappen's penalization projects the Ferraris in the front row of the Mexican GP. Leclerc focuses on speed, Vettel disappointed

Binotto: "Our pilots have slowed down"

He does not speak openly of disqualification for Verstappen, but the Ferrari team principal, Mattia Binotto, is clear on how to behave in those cases: "With a pilot on the wall it is taken for granted that we should slow down. We always talk about safety and Vettel and Leclerc have raised the foot for the Bottas accident. Not doing it means breaking the rules.
