In Rossiglione, in the hinterland of Genoa, the situation for bad weather is critical with numerous floods: the Municipality on its Facebook page invites citizens to stay at home and not to move for any reason, signaling that brigade interventions are in progress of the fire of the flood relief. The municipality also invites you to leave telephone lines free only for requests for help and reports. In Rossiglione, however, for now there is only one landslide to be recorded with earth and debris on a building, evacuated as a precaution by displacing the 30 or so residents. In the landslide, which is carefully monitored, an elderly person was also seriously injured: the man was taken to the hospital from 118 due to the slight thoracic trauma suffered, with a shoulder injury. Also in Rossiglione, a second condominium is being evacuated, involving another 20 families. Displaced people are placed in a condominium gym. During the night, however, other heavy rains are expected in the area and there is an alert for the situation on the edge of the Stura stream.

The bad weather situation in the province of Alessandria is worsening. The exit of the A7 'Milan-Genoa' exit was closed in Serravalle Scrivia. The stream Nero was flooded in Gavi and the ford was closed on the Lemme river which also emerged from the banks in Fraconalto, on the border with Liguria. A Fiat Panda 4×4 driven by an over-sixty-year-old was hit by water and turned over. The man, stuck and panicked, still managed to sound the alarm and was then rescued by firefighters and carabinieri. Disruptions also for trains: railway traffic suspended between Novi Ligure and Arquata Scrivia, on the Genoa-Turin line, in the direction of the Ligurian capital, due to the flooding of the railway station. Delays up to 30 minutes for trains headed for Turin. Circulation also suspended on the Genoa-Acqui Terme between Rossiglione (Genoa) and Ovada.

The Milan City Operations Center remains active to monitor the levels of the Seveso and Lambro rivers. A new intensification of precipitation is expected. Along the provincial road 81 an 81-year-old pensioner from Vische (Turin), Germano Costa, lost control of his car and ended up in the meadows tipping over. He died instantly. Useless all the help. When the staff of 118 reached Strambino the man was already dead. Injured wife of 76 years transported to the hospital of Ivrea. The dynamics of the accident is being examined by the Carabinieri of Strambino. The cause of the accident may have been the asphalt made slippery by the heavy rains of the last few hours.
