In a duel on the hill, Tigres de Quintana Roo Diablos Rojos del México won 3-1 in the fifth game of this playoff series of the Mexican Baseball League (LMB), where the winning pitcher was Henderson Álvarez (1-1) and the loser was Matt Gage (0-1).

The rescue was for Juan Ramón Noriega (1), in game played in the Beto Ávila Stadium from this city where Ricardo Valenzuela drove the only race and Japhet Amador went 4-2, both for the visit.
