Telephone operators Digitel and Movistar announced a new increase in data service.
The cost of GB of navigation was between Bs.25,000 and Bs.30,000, which represents a significant increase considering that it was previously Bs.8,000.
So far none of the telephone companies have spoken about it.
Both companies recently announced that they would make an increase in all rates in September 2019.
However, in response to customer complaints, the National Telecommunications Commission, Conatel, ordered the company to leave prices as they were.
However, for this September the operators continued with the plan to increase rates.
Users checked their balance through their mobile phone and in effect received in response the new cost of their plan.
