The international journalist and analyst, Ramiro Escobar, explained to the listeners of El Informativo de Nacional, that the dissolution of parliament in Canada is a common measure in these democratic systems.

He explained that in Canada the election is parliamentary and every five years they vote to elect the representatives of the House of Commons, and this parliament elects the prime minister.

“Once the election takes place there are five years ahead that elections can be called, and Queen Elizabeth is the head of state of Canada, the prime minister in consultation with her calling for elections. The consolidation of the democratic process is strengthened with these facts here in Peru there is a whole scandal ”.
