"I'm glad they got rid of him, and I'm annoyed to know how he got away … what he was doing there," said Hall of Fame quarterback to Pittsburgh Tribune. "I would have liked them to get rid of him a long time ago."
"I had no idea how much they supposedly served Brown," Bradshaw acknowledged, implying that the receiver had preferential treatment on the team. "I can't stand players like Antonio Brown."
Brown forced the negotiation to leave Pittsburgh and went to the Oakland Raiders to finally be released and signed by the New England Patriots. In the middle of everything he went through various problems including an explosive relationship with Oakland general manager Mike Mayock, and two fines from the Raiders before he was released last Saturday.

“I will not endure that kind of behavior. You don't win like that. Why haven't we won more SB’s? There is talent, (but) they are the types like him. Let him go and his mark, and whatever he is doing. ”

In nine seasons with the Steelers, Brown reached 1,000 yards seven times, including in his past six seasons.
