The dawn of this Monday was confirmed on body of David Ahumada López, 44, a Taliban professor who traveled to Canada to study English and whose return was planned for last August 31.
It was Ahumada's sister who confirmed the news through her Facebook account. "Dear friends, I appreciate all the support provided, your prayer chains and your constant calls. My brother was found deceased. We just want to be with family, sorry if we don't answer calls", wrote.
The family lost contact with the teacher, who constantly contacted Chile through WhatsApp, on August 23.
Jaime Acosta, one of Ahumada's coworkers, explained to Welcome what "on the 22nd (of August) he went to school and before entering he felt bad, he approached a girl and left for the house and from that moment he lost contact. "
