For millions of debts, Santa Fe would enter into reorganization and insolvency law

The economic problems of Independiente Santa Fe have led him to consider the option of entering Law 117 of 2006 "business insolvency regime".

In a meeting of members held this Tuesday in Bogotá, the president of Independiente Santa Fe, Eduardo Méndez, proposed that the team enter Law 117 of 2006 that establishes the corporate insolvency regime, taking into account the debts facing the club.

With the entrance to this Law, the club intends to reorganize its liabilities and restructure the company economically. However, the president of Santa Fe clarifies that the club is not broken.
