Carlos Emilio Lampe gave his opinion about the new changes of the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF) regarding the strategist in the Bolivian team, mentioning that no process is being completed and that this would undoubtedly be damaging the planned work that has with a view to the qualifiers of Qatar 2022.

After the (FBF) announced Cesar Farías as the new coach of the Bolivian soccer team, after Eduardo Villegas' work and participation in the Copa América did not convince the leaders, he was dismissed from the position, where he was dismissed they expressed different opinions on this subject and one of them is from Carlos Lampe.

“Cesar Farías was already a great coach, he has had a very good club, by selection too, always to the leadership, we as players ask him for a long process, we ask him to spend a good time with a coach to understand his idea ”Said the goalkeeper.

The concern not only of the goalkeeper and players, but also of the fans is that managers are not patient and do not let them fulfill the planned work that is had for each of the technical directors who went through the selection, because they are based more in the results and not in the process of each of these professionals.

Carlos Lampe is aware that in the lower categories players should already learn a form of play that characterizes each player and not just be learning in a larger team.
