Antonio Brown, the new receiver of the New England Patriots, was accused of sexually assaulting and raping a woman who worked with him as a personal trainer in 2017 and 2018.

The lawsuit, whose copy was reviewed by ESPN, was filed by Brown's former physical trainer, Britney Taylor, in a court in the Southern District of Florida.

In the document, Taylor, whom Brown met at the University of Central Michigan, notes three different incidents in which he accuses the recipient of abuse, two in June 2017 and another in May 2018.

In the first cases, Taylor reports that Brown abused her during two training sessions, the first time, exposing herself naked in front of her and kissing her without her consent and the second, at the player's home, where, as she relates in the lawsuit, she watched television on a sofa and Brown began to masturbate behind Taylor and ejaculated on her back.

Months after the incidents and after ending his employment relationship with Brown, Taylor reports that the player contacted her to apologize, but said he did not believe he was sincere.

In the May 2018 incident, Taylor reports that Brown threw her onto a bed and put her face against the mattress and penetrated her while shouting "No!" And "Stop!".

In a statement issued by his lawyers, Brown denied the accusations.

"Mr. Brown denies each and every one of the charges in the lawsuit," said Darren Heitner, a lawyer representing the Patriots receiver.

In the statement, Heitner notes that Taylor contacted Brown in 2017 to propose to invest $ 1.6 million in a business project, but that Taylor did not inform Brown that he had been fined $ 300,000 by the U.S. tax collection office and that part of that investment would use it to recover properties that were seized.

After refusing to invest in the business, Heitner pointed out that Taylor went back to look for Brown until 2018 and that they were both involved in a "personal relationship" and that any sexual interaction was agreed upon.

Heitner also said in the statement that Taylor was the one who looked for Brown on other occasions and that in relation to the alleged violation that occurred in May 2018 and indicated in the lawsuit, the former gymnast sought Brown, went to the player's house without being guest, but agreed to have relations with the recipient.

"As a victim of Antonio Brown's rape, deciding to expose this was an incredibly difficult decision," Taylor said in a statement released by his lawyer. "I have found strength in my faith, my family and the stories of other rape victims."

Brown, who was born in Miami, was officially signed by the Patriots on Monday, after a tumultuous week that caused his departure from the Oakland Raiders

The receiver has scheduled his first practice with the Patriots on Wednesday.

The NFL and the Patriots did not comment on Brown's legal situation.
