Rafael Dudamel does not want to leave any loose ends in what comes for Vinotinto. After the Copa América, the DT began to take care of every detail: stadium review, players present and other categories.

Dudamel was the protagonist in the tour he did at the Cachamay stadium in Bolivar state, the Metropolitan of Merida and the Metropolitan of Cabudare in Lara state.

The strategist defined these very important visits in the planning of the local meetings that the Venezuelan national team must dispute. In turn, he recognized the program Goals connection, that the Cachamay stadium is currently the most prepared to receive other selections.

“The sensations of the tour are positive. Especially for Puerto Ordaz and Mérida, because we have to make some modifications and improve some aspects regarding the field, dressing rooms and technology, ”he said.

Also, Dudamel acknowledged that, today, the place that most worries him about his state is that of Cabudare and admitted that several investments must be made to have it in good condition in the premundial.

"At the level of structure and court, the one that has left me the most restless is that of the Metropolitan of Cabudare because it will require more investment," he said.

He added: “I wish it could be an option for March, but I see it more difficult. Although I have hope because I found in the leadership disposition and acceptance of what needs to be done. ”

Caracas is back in the plans. The Olympic stadium of the capital city in the past has missed the opportunity to enjoy the national team. However, this time Dudamel left the door open.

“How not to consider the capital? Here a Copa América was played. From sports I love it and, if you ask me, I would have a nod, ”he said.

In turn, he informed that the venue is at the table to host one of the two friendly games in November. He only showed that the logistics issue is what would be left to analyze, in case of making that decision.

“If a qualifying match can be hosted from the logistics side, it would be a pleasure and that is what has been proposed to the federation. There is the idea that two games will be held in Venezuela in November and one in Caracas would be nice, ”he said.

Absences for the FIFA date. Venezuela will dispute a meeting with Colombia this September 10 in the United States and for the commitment the DT dispensed with some names such as Tomás Rincón, Josef Martínez, Jordan Osorio, among others.

The strategist explains that the absences in the call are due to the fact that he wants to work with other players who, from his vision, have material to return to the team.

"What we wanted with this call is to refresh the presence of some players that have been important to us."

Pre-Olympic sub 23. There was much talk about the possibility that Rafael Dudamel was the leader of the U23 squad, which will play the Colombian pre-Olympic. However, the DT clarified that the times and lack of resources made it impossible to participate.

"It was a short time that we were going to have a job and, because of the closeness of the pre-Olympic with the qualifiers, we considered that it was wise to step aside to get fresh to the premundial," he acknowledged.

Solomon will remain the 9. The departure of Solomon Rondón to Chinese football generated a great debate around the Vinotinto attack. It was thought that the raid on a less competitive football would take him out of the team and Dudamel, now, ruled out that possibility.

“Solomon is an intelligent man and knows how to make decisions. Although he is not in a competitive league like the English one, I take into account who his coach is and how well he will be working. ”

And he continued: “It is a plus that our players are abroad and are playing. He has made that decision and must be respected. I know what you can give to our selection. ”

Finally, the DT already has its sights set on the commitment against Colombia for the month of September and, subsequently, those defined for the end of the year.
