Six 18-year-olds and three underage teenagers are each charged with mischief in excess of $ 5,000.
The owner of the house, Tyler McBride, thought to house a young couple in their twenties on the evening of June 27th.
Instead, a group of 50 partygoers arrived at the property and turned it upside down.
There were holes in many rooms, broken windows, lots of glass debris, shattered mirrors, and everything in the drawers was caught and thrown on the walls.
Mr. McBride quickly visited the leased property once the party had been stopped by the local authorities.

An evening that promised to be peaceful
He rents this old four-bedroom house, which can accommodate eight people, for over a year. There was some damage (in the past), but nothing like that
, he said.
He explains that he received a request from a young couple who wanted to rent the house for the night. It was the impression given. It was supposed to be a quiet evening

He says it took about two months to determine the extent of the damage, and Airbnb offered to cover part of the costs.
An isolated case "
In the by-laws registered on the property of Tyler McBride, one reads please do not party, do not smoke, and remove your shoes

He has withdrawn his ownership of the Airbnb site for the moment, but he hopes to be able to offer it again for rent, depending on the outcome of the rebuilding process.
