Stade Rennais, in Group E, will face Lazio Rome, Celtic Glasgow and the Romanians of Cluj in the group phase of the Europa League. So decided the draw held at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, this Friday at lunch time.
The Breton club has already faced Celtic in the group stage of the Europa League during the 2011-2012 season. For a draw in Rennes (1-1) and a loss in Scotland (3-1). Never, however, Lazio or Cluj in European Cups.
Last season, the Rennes had reached the round of 16, eliminated by Arsenal (3-1, 0-3).
